How a customer inquiry becomes a completed job
The whole path in six steps: a customer books on your RelayLeads page, and you take it from new lead to final bill in RelayOS.
1. A customer opens your Relay link
They land on your RelayLeads website or booking page, from a search, a text or your social profile.
2. They book
They answer your booking form, see the price, pick a time and pay the deposit if you ask for one. Payment goes to your own Square or Stripe account.
3. The lead lands in RelayOS
It shows on your dashboard with a blue dot until you open it. If alerts are on, your phone tells you.
4. You follow the Next Step
Every lead shows the one thing to do now, such as Create Payment, Nudge to Pay or Start Job. With automations on, the reminders send themselves.
5. You do the work
Tap On my way so your customer sees your arrival time, then Start Job. When you finish, tap Close Job, add any extras and send the final bill.
6. Your customer pays
They pay the final invoice from the same status page they have been following. No app and no login.
