RelayLeads for content creators
How RelayLeads works for content creators, videographers and photographers: a portfolio page, a request form, and a quote for every project.
The short answer
Choose Content Creation & Marketing when you set up. You get a page with your work near the top and a request form underneath.
A brand tells you what they need. You read it, then send a quote. Nothing is priced on the page, because every project is different.
What a brand tells you
What they need: short-form video, UGC-style content, a photo shoot, video editing, social media management, a brand or product shoot, event coverage, content strategy, blog and SEO writing, or email newsletters. They can pick more than one.
Whether it is one project or ongoing content every month, where it will run, and when they need it.
A rough budget, their brand name, and a link to their website or socials. They can add reference images too.
You can change these questions later under Settings, then Booking Form.
What setup asks you
Your business name and the link you want. Then whether you charge extra for anything, which days you work, and your hours.
Setup does not ask for prices. You do not need a rate card to finish.
How you quote and get paid
Each request arrives as a lead. Open it, tap Create Payment, and add your line items for that project.
RelayLeads emails your customer the invoice, and they pay it online through Square.
Your photos, and only yours
The page never fills in with stock photos. A borrowed photo on a creator's page looks like your own work, so every picture on it is one you added.
The portfolio section stays hidden until you add at least one photo.
Monthly content
A brand can say they want ongoing content. RelayLeads does not bill a monthly retainer on its own yet. Send an invoice for each month of work.
