RelayLeads is the customer-facing side of your business: your website and booking page, where customers see prices, pick a time and pay a deposit.
The short answer
RelayLeads is your website and booking page. It is what a customer sees when they open your Relay link.
On it they answer your questions, see your prices, pick a time and pay a deposit if you ask for one. After they book, they get a status page where they can follow the job and pay the final bill.
What your customer can do
Book without calling. Your booking form asks the questions you chose and shows the prices you set.
Pay a deposit. Payment goes to your own Square or Stripe account.
Follow along. The status page shows when you are on the way and where the job stands.
Pay the final bill from the same page. They never need an app or a login.
Is RelayLeads a CRM?
No. A CRM is a database you browse and keep up to date. RelayLeads takes the booking, and RelayOS shows you one next step on every lead and job.
Where you change it
You never edit RelayLeads directly. You make changes in RelayOS, the operator app, and your website and booking page pick them up.
