Get started with RelayLeads

Welcome to RelayLeads. Here are the first three things to do.

1. 1Two connections, then your linkYou need two connections, and then your booking link.
2. 2Open Settings, then ConnectionsOpen Settings, then Connections.
3. 3Payments first — tap ConnectStart with Payments. Tap Connect.
4. 4Tap Connect with SquareTap Connect with Square.
5. 5Sign in to Square, and you’re connectedSign in to your Square account, and you are connected.
6. 6Customers pay by Square invoiceYour customers pay by Square invoice, and the booking confirms once it is paid.
7. 7Set the deposit they pay to bookTurn on Require a deposit, and choose how much they pay up front. The rest is billed when you close the job.
8. 8That invoice sends itselfWith auto-send on, that deposit invoice goes out by itself, the moment they book.
9. 9Next, your calendarNext, your calendar.
10. 10Tap Connect with Google CalendarTap Connect with Google Calendar.
11. 11Sign in to Google — bookings land thereSign in to Google, and your bookings land on your calendar.
12. 12Last: your Relay linkLast, your Relay link. It is at the top of your dashboard.
13. 13Copy it, or tap Share LinkCopy it, or tap Share Link, and put it everywhere your customers find you.
14. 14It opens your own websiteIt opens your own website.
15. 15Your services, your story…Customers see your services, how you work, and why to choose you.
16. 16…and the form customers book fromAnd right there is the form they book from.

That is it. You are ready to take bookings.

Questions about this

What do I need to connect before I can take bookings?

Two things, both under Settings, then Connections: Square, so customers can pay, and Google Calendar, so bookings land on your calendar. After that, share your Relay link.

Where do I find my booking link?

Your Relay link is at the top of your dashboard. Copy it, or tap Share Link. It opens your own website, with your services and the form customers book from.

How do customers pay?

With Invoice billing, your customer gets a Square invoice, and the booking confirms once it is paid. Payments run through your own Square account.

Can I take a deposit instead of the full amount?

Yes. Open Settings, then Connections, then Payments, and switch on Require a deposit. Choose a percentage of the quote or a flat amount. The rest is billed when you close the job.

Do I have to send the deposit invoice myself?

No. With Auto-send the deposit invoice switched on, the invoice goes out by itself the moment a customer books.
