Here is how to start a job, and send the final bill when it is done.

2. 2Open it and tap Start JobOpen it, and tap Start Job.
3. 3You get 5 seconds to undoYou get five seconds to undo.
4. 4Work done? Tap Close JobWhen the work is done, tap Close Job.
5. 5See what’s paid and what’s owedYou will see what has been paid, and what is still owed.
6. 6Add any final line itemsAdd any final line items, like supplies.
7. 7Review, then send the invoiceReview it, then send the invoice.
8. 8Square sends it — they pay by phoneSquare sends it to your customer, and they pay from their phone.

Job closed. Final bill sent.
