Every lead in RelayLeads has a Next Step. Here is how to read it.

3. 3Deposit not paid yet Nudge to PayWhen a deposit has not been paid, it is Nudge to Pay.
4. 4The clock nudges for you if you waitThe clock shows when RelayLeads will send that nudge for you.
5. 5Paid and scheduled Start JobOnce a job is paid and scheduled, it is Start Job.
6. 6The arrow holds the other movesThe arrow beside it holds your other moves, like reschedule or cancel.

What is Next Step?

Every lead shows one Next Step, the move to make now. On a new quote request it is Create Payment. When a deposit has not been paid it is Nudge to Pay. Once a job is paid and scheduled it is Start Job. The arrow beside it holds your other moves, like reschedule or cancel.

Do I have to remind customers about an unpaid deposit?

No. You can tap Nudge to Pay yourself, and the clock on the lead shows when RelayLeads will send that nudge for you if you wait.
